Aerobic Dance

Aerobic is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness . It is usually performed to music and may be practiced in a group setting led by an instructor and accompanied by musical. With the goal of preventing illness and promoting physical fitness practitioners perform various routines comprising a number of different dance-like exercises.



Aerobic dance at the Bagan Datoh, Perak. This aerobic is weekend routine to the local communities. This aerobic purpose is to ensure the communities adopt a healthy lifestyle and strengthen friendship. This aerobic will conduct by the instructor accompanied by the multiple musical, and will conduct 45 minute. its start with the warming up until cooling up.This routine at Jetty Bagan Datoh Perak. 


This aerobic attended by multi-ethnic, that means from the malay, indian, and chinese. This activities is in the line concept 1 Malaysia that was announce  by the minister of Malaysia Dato' Sri Najib Tun Razak.
